HAPPY TREE SHOCK ABSORBER｜The Leadership Team Embarked On A Journey To Wuyi Mountain.

From August 9th to 10th, 2025, the core management team of Happy Tree Shock Absorbers held a team-building event in Wuyi Mountain, a dual World Heritage site. During this two-day, one-night adventure, the leadership team adhered to the principles of "Unity, Harmonious coexistence,consistent goals, and full effort." They integrated the natural philosophy of the Danxia peaks into leadership development, injecting unwavering momentum into the company's pursuit of its annual goals.

The team reached Tianyou Peak, a landmark in Wuyi. Adhering to the principle of "leaving no one behind," the members became the "human shock absorber system," offering support on steep climbs and collaborating at rest points to complete "balance challenges," embodying the "Happy Tree" philosophy of stability. Upon reaching the summit, with a panoramic view of the Danxia sea of clouds, the Happy Tree team exclaimed, "It's like adjusting a shock absorber. Only through solid collaboration can we reach a stable peak!"
