Mr. Dengshou Han was born in 1949. He became one of the first entrepreneurs to start a business under the  call of China's reform and opening-up. Being the first in the world is the spirit of Zhejiang people, he founded  the predecessor of Happy Tree in 1985. Started from a small workshop with four people and officially entered  the automotive shock absorber industry in 1993.

Since 2000, Mr. Qing Han, son of the founder, has taken over the company and renamed it Zhejiang Happy  Tree. The original intention of Happy Tree is that the enterprise is the trunk and each employee is a leaf on  the branch. The enterprise unites the employees closely, creating value for customers and seeking  happiness for each employee. Ensuring that every employee in Happy Tree can work happily, live happily,  learn happily, grow happily, share happiness, and work hard to bring a more comfortable driving experience  to humans.

Under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Qing Han, the company continues to grow and develop. In 2022, it  invested in a new factory in Yugan County, Jiangxi Province. The new factory put into production in early  2024, and the total annual production capacity of two production bases together will be 6 million pieces  shock absorbers. With the continuous development of the company, under the hard work of all Happy  Tree people who "Unite and Fully Committed", we will soon reach new heights of development.
